Welcome to Housaro. By using our marketplace you agree to these terms.

1. The platform

Housaro connects real estate professionals with vetted media providers across Canada. Bookings are contracts between the realtor and the provider; Housaro facilitates discovery, payment, and delivery.

2. Fees

Housaro charges a 15% platform fee on each booking plus a $12 booking fee, in addition to applicable taxes. Payouts to providers are processed after the booking is delivered and accepted.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Bookings cancelled before the provider has started work are refunded in full minus payment processing fees. After work has started, refunds are reviewed case-by-case by Housaro support.

4. Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, and comply with all applicable Canadian laws (including Transport Canada drone regulations where applicable).

5. Liability

Housaro is not liable for damages arising from a booking beyond the amount paid through the platform for that booking.
